The Christmas season is quickly approaching, and we know this may be a challenging time for your family. We hope the Christmas Giving Tree project will help provide you with some relief and joy this Christmas.
If you wish to have your family adopted this year, please fill out and submit your family information below.
Eligibility Guidelines:
-All children must be 18 years or younger and reside in your household (full or part-time).
-Persons submitting the application must be the legal parent or guardian for all children’s names listed.
-If your family is being assisted by another church or organization, you are not eligible to fill out an application.
-Children must reside within the CCR3 school district AND qualify for the free/reduced lunch program. Names will be sent to the school counselors in CCR3 to verify eligibility (parents/guardians for any student not enrolled will be required to submit documentation to verify residency and eligibility).
Deadline: Saturday, November 14
***Applications will not be accepted after November 14***
Pickup will be on Saturday, Dec. 19th and Sunday, Dec. 20th. Please plan accordingly to be available on those dates.

The estimated gift amount is $100 per child, but any donation amount is appreciated.
