Broadway United Methodist Church is a small church with a big heart. The most common thing we hear at Broadway is "This church feels like I'm part of a family who cares about me!"

Meet the Pastor
Pastor Jim was called into ministry in 1990 at 40 years of age at which time he began his academic studies in the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO. During this time he was appointed to the DeKalb and South Park UMC churches where he served for 2 years. He was then appointed to the Wesley UMC in St. Joseph
Pastor Jim was called into ministry in 1990 at 40 years of age at which time he began his academic studies in the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO. During this time he was appointed to the DeKalb and South Park UMC churches where he served for 2 years. He was then appointed to the Wesley UMC in St. Joseph, MO where he served for 26 years including 2 years serving the King Hill UMC. Pastor Jim retired in 2019 and enjoyed 3 years of retirement before Bishop Bob Farr asked and appointed him to serve as the Interim Lead Pastor at the Savannah UMC where he has been serving for the past 2 years. In June of this year Pastor Jim was appointed as your Interim Pastor here at Broadway UMC and looks forward to sharing Jesus Christ and serving Him in leading folks to become part of God’s family here.

Chloe Eubanks is married to Justin Eubanks and they have two wonderful daughters, Reggie and Ruby. Chloe attended Park University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business. After graduating she worked for 6 years in banking where she acquired many skills that will help her with the office administration job at BUMC. She grew

After graduating she worked for 6 years in banking where she acquired many skills that will help her with the office administration job at BUMC. She grew up attending Plattsburg BUMC with her family and is happy to be back.

Jacob Enderle-Miller has been with Broadway United Methodist Church since 2016 as the Director of Music. He graduated from William Jewell College in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Music with a Choral Conducting Emphasis. Jacob has performed with a Kansas City regional chamber choir Musica Vocale under the direction of Arnold Epley an
Jacob Enderle-Miller has been with Broadway United Methodist Church since 2016 as the Director of Music. He graduated from William Jewell College in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Music with a Choral Conducting Emphasis. Jacob has performed with a Kansas City regional chamber choir Musica Vocale under the direction of Arnold Epley and has performed as a member for the Kansas City Symphony Chorus under the direction of Grammy award winning conductor Charles Bruffy. In 2019 Jacob and Kyle, Broadway’s youth director, were married after having met one another in 2013. They currently live in Liberty, MO and will soon be relocating to Kearney, MO. They have a mini-labradoodle, Koda, who is their fur baby. Jacob has a passion for music, friends, family and all things Disney; where he and Kyle vacation on a regular basis.

Jerri Morris is the accompanist at Kearney Junior/Senior High Schools. She graduated from Doane University in Crete, Nebraska with a degree in piano performance, emphasis in accompanying. Jerri has accompanied since she was in junior high and has accompanied for various ages and groups from elementary age to professional performers, soloi
Jerri Morris is the accompanist at Kearney Junior/Senior High Schools. She graduated from Doane University in Crete, Nebraska with a degree in piano performance, emphasis in accompanying. Jerri has accompanied since she was in junior high and has accompanied for various ages and groups from elementary age to professional performers, soloists and small ensembles to college and community theater productions. She spent seven years in the U. S. Air Force as a pianist following graduation, playing patriotic, rock, country, jazz and protocol piano. She has also served as a church organist/accompanist for more than 40 years. Jerri and her husband Jim live in Holt, Missouri with a menagerie of animals - goats, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats and rabbits. They have four grown children and four grandchildren.

He grew up in the Episcopal Church and began working professionally in youth ministry in 2007. Beginning in camp and special event ministry, he moved to youth group ministry in 2011. Kyle Enderle-Miller has been the Youth Director at Broadway United Methodist Church since January of 2017. He grew up in the Episcopal Church and began working professionally in youth ministry in 2007. Beginning in camp and special event ministry, he moved to youth group ministry in 2011. While large-scale youth ministry is always his favorite, Kyle loves any program that will make you stop and think about things differently. Outside of church, Kyle works for Cargill Animal Nutrition as a customer account specialist and leads the LGBTQIA+ Pride Network for Cargill Animal Nutrition North America. He has been with his husband, Jacob Enderle-Miller, since 2013, married in 2019. He has a love of friends, family, food, travel, and all things Disney.
